Booking and refund policy


The following approach is being adopted by us during the Covid-19 pandemic and whilst restrictions are in place:

  1. If a Government imposed lock down or restrictions prevent us from trading and supplying your motorhome, or a travel restriction explicitly states no overnight staying away from home for leisure purposes, we will offer 2 options:

    1. To refund you in full.

    2. A credit voucher to the full value of all monies paid valid for 12 months

  2. In the event your chosen destination is locked down due to Government guidelines and you choose not to go we will offer you a credit voucher valid for 12 months.

Motorhome Cleaning

We always maintain high standards for the cleanliness of our fleet. We ask that customers disinfect their motorhome/campervan before returning the vehicle to us to help minimise any risk to our customers and staff.

When one of our motorhomes has been returned it will undergo our new 3-Step cleaning procedure, before being fully disinfected once again ready for it’s next hire.


Collection and Returns

We are currently running a ‘business as normal’ approach and we are looking forward to welcoming our customers. We are thinking carefully about our human interactions, so please forgive us if we don’t shake hands. We endeavour to disinfect door handles and contact surfaces between customer visits.
